Seaport / Fort Point
An exciting subsection of South Boston’s Waterfront is the Seaport District and Fort Point areas.
Seaport boasts many new residential high rise buildings with luxury amenities. Offering panoramic harbor views, a convention center and now countless new hotels, restaurants, residential and commercial spaces, Seaport is among one of the fastest emerging neighborhoods in Boston. Part of the same area is Boston’s Fort Point District. Here too many of the existing buildings built many years ago are either now home to businesses or are slowly getting converted into dynamic new residences.
